Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges apply to all bookings as follows:

Cancellation by the hirer
– More than 30 days prior to the date of hire there will be a 15% charge
– Within 30 days prior to the start date of hire there will be a 50% charge of the total cost
of the hire.
– 48 hours prior to the start date of the hire there will be a 100% charge of the total cost
of the hire.

Upon cancellation, the hirer will also be liable to pay for any additional items or services that have been bought and paid for on behalf of the hirer in advance of the hire.

For example, ferry services. Every effort will be made by the company to reduce this liability, however all non-retrievable charges will be the responsibility of the hirer.

Cancellation by the company, Lighthouse Travel Ltd

Lighthouse Travel Ltd will refund any payments received from the hirer prior to the cancellation when solely responsible for the cancellation.
